This is a new inspiration group especially for those women who want to learn how to live an empowered life. However, if we take the time to look within, we will discover where our true happiness lies. The four Empowerment Essentials topics covered in this series include:

Self-esteem: In this workshop, we will discuss the impacts that low self-esteem has on your life, how to begin identifying blocked areas for raising your self-esteem, and then ultimately how to move forward in creating possibilities with more confidence.

Self-discovering: Instead of comparing ourselves to others or trying to be who others expect us to be, embracing who we really are is important to knowing how to bring happiness to one’s life. In order to know more about who we want to be, however, we must discover who we truly are right now.

Attracting the right people: Understanding how we attract situations to our lives, we are then able to imagine how every single person in our lives is also attracted to us, even subconsciously. In this workshop, we begin to explore some of the types of people we attract and then discuss how we can actively work to attract the right people for our circumstances.

Living a journey of joy: Your journey should be nothing less than joyful. Even when there are circumstances that are not as you believe you would have them, you can learn to enjoy the life you have, even turning it into the life you love.

The Setting Intention workshop is one of my 12 Empowerment Essentials workshops. However, for the new year, I have designed it in a series format to allow you the opportunity to focus on what you'd like to specifically create for your 2007. Included in this new format are four-months of inspiration and support that will help you in keeping your intentions alive.

A major step in creating the life you want is to make mindful intentions. In this series, we discuss the power of your thoughts and your words, and how to make them work in a way that attracts what you really want in your life.

This will be a phone conference workshop whereas all participants will call in to one toll-free phone number (given to you upon completion of your registration) . During the first meeting, you will learn what intention is as well as the step-by-step process that will help you in manfesting that which you want for yourself. After the initial meeting, a series of four monthly call-in meetings will be held in order to give you additional inspiration and group support in fulfilling your intentions. This is a powerful series and a unique opportunity that will surely guide you to finally achieving all that you want for yourself. Join us!

Included in this four week series are the Empowerment Essentials topics, Self-esteem, Self-discovering, Attracting the right people, and the brand new topic, Self-love! In this workshop, we take initial steps to help in discovering what we know about ourselves then offer an opportunity to learn more about who we truly want to be.

3) Self-love (NEW!): Loving ourselves is often one of the hardest things to do. However, seeking love outside of ourselves often means that our happiness is dependent on whether or not someone gives us what we want. In this workshop, we explore how having a foundation of our own happiness creates an even greater level of love in our relationships.

4) Attracting the right people: Understanding how we attract situations to our lives, we are able to then imagine how every single person in our lives is also attracted to us, even subconsciously.
